Why do we have this club?
_{To show we support and love Sakura Haruno from the popular ninja series Naruto, written by Masashi Kishimoto! ( Kishimoto-sama!!!)}

Who is Sakura Haruno?
_{Well for starters she is one of the characters in the hit manga and anime series,Naruto [Written by Masashi Kishimoto]. She is one of the members of Team 7 with Naruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha, and Kakashi Hatake. Then later in Team Kakashi with new members Sai and Yamato-taichou.

In the beginning of the series she wasn't very strong and was teased a lot because of her 'large forehead' but soon she befriended Ino Yamanaka. As their friendship grew they both developed crushes on Sasuke Uchiha which lead them to rivalry and a broken friendship.

Later on in the series she matures and realizes she needs to get stronger to save Sasuke, since he left the village. She confronts him and begs him to stop and even tells him she loves him. But its no help, so she askes Tsunade the 5th Hokage and one of the Legendary Sanins to train her. Two and a half years pass and she has inhuman strength and has become a medic-nin thanks to Tsunade's trainning. She even reached the rank of chuunin as well as all of her friends. Now she's basically grown up and matured with her actions improving and getting stronger in what she believes in! ~SHANNARO!}

CONTEST TIME!!!
Time for contest number five~!
This time our contest will be a very special one! It shall be a Valentine's 2-Part Contest~!

First of all this contest will be a 2-part contest because we will have two separate categories.

Category 1
Will be for Valentine FanArt of Sakura~!<33
and
Category 2
Will be for Valentine FanFics of Sakura~!<33
Here are the rules~!

Rules/Guidelines:

FanArt
- Must have Sakura Haruno.
- You are allowed to have Sakura with any other Naruto character or an oc.
- No hentai. [For this contest Yuri is allowed but no suggestive themes]
- No hardcore or too sexual themes.
- If you submit a traditional piece it must be inked out.
- You can only submit one entry per member.
- No tracing, copying, 5 min. sketches, etc. allowed.
- Only members may participate!

FanFics
- Must have Sakura Haruno.

~ This page is the reasons why our members like/love Sakura Haruno! So I hope you Sakura Haters do some reading about why you should have a change of heart!

Says:

Out of all the characters, she's one of the most believable. She does have potential, and yes, she was a cheerleader for an unbearably long period of time, a bitch to Naruto, she has crushes like a normal girl would, and even obsesses at times; it's something most girls do. There was a point where I was certain she really cared about Sasuke beyond a crush, and though I'm not a SasuSaku shipper by any stretch of the imagination, I was honestly moved by her devotion. She may not be strong at first, but not everyone will develop immediately. Our Sakura is a late bloomer. She wasn't always nice to Naruto, but she's human, and prejudices with which a child is raised are hard to overcome, besides I'm sure all of the Sakura haters who have that as the only excuse in their arsenal were perfectly sweet even to those they didn't like as children... :/. Sakura eventually comes to realise what a valued member of the team Naruto is.

As for her lack of assistance in the beginning, as I said she is a late bloomer. The other kunoichi at least have something about them that allows them to stand out. Hinata has a burdening lineage to maintain and a rather abusive cousin, not to mention she has her kekkai genkai Byakugan and the Hyuuga's Juuken (Gentle First) taijutsu, Tenten's a very underdeveloped character, but is still known for an impressive arsenal, Ino has her signature Shintenshin no Jutsu and follows her father's lead as a shinobi (to the point of being part of the second generation Ino-Shika-Cho team), Temari is a very strong-willed young woman with the prowess to back her attitude up. Sakura has a rivalry with an old friend, a psychotic inner self (who seems to have merged with her outer self by arc II), and a crush on a boy. She has no signature style, she doesn't have any favoured weapon, all we ever hear of Sakura throughout the first arc is that she's smart, has excellent chakra control, and is good with genjutsu (though we saw only very few demonstrations of her chakra control and still have yet to see her genjutsu).

The important thing is that she honestly does her best to be stronger. And she succeeds, too. Yes, Chiyo-baa did have to help her against Sasori, but Sakura did very well on her own behalf; she was facing an Akatsuki, after all; just look at the hell Asuma and company are going through facing Akatsuki in recent chapters, and no one has accused them of being weak or underdeveloped.
Sakura's not a shinobi known for her mad skills, so she did remarkably well against an Akatsuki. She was injured by Naruto in Kyuubi state. SO WAS JIRAIYA. The points I've been hearing against her in the second arc are so ill-thought out, they astound me.

I think most Sakura haters don't like her because she's so normal. She doesn't have a particularly fascinating past, both of her parents (I presume) are still alive, she has a rivalry over a boy with one of her friends. She's unusually normal compared to many of the Rookie 9. She's been improving little by little, at a very normal and painfully human rate. In a sense, I like her for her normality. I like her for the way she's determined to be something, and that she honestly tries to improve for the sake of her team. That's a defining trait in itself.

On a shallower note, I have an affinity for characters with pink hair, so I think she's just cute as a bug.

People don't like Sakura just because for one she's a Sasuke fangirl. And we all know how annoying they can be but hey! Later on she starts to get out of the "Oh Sasuke-kun!!" Stage and starts to see that she needs to improve for the sake of the team. And her crush on Sasuke actually becomes real unlike all the other fangirls. (Although no offense to you if you are a Sasuke fangirl)

Ahem..moving on, another reason why they don't like Sakura is because she broke her friendship with Ino just because they both liked Sasuke. Wouldn't you do that if you felt that it would be impossible to actually win the boys heart, if your best friend that's so cool and beautiful was your rival? Well maybe you wouldn't but they were young at the time, they weren't thinking straight I think.

People also don't like Sakura because she treated Naruto like , uh hello! Almost everyone did, but she stated to respect and like him. She truely understands him later on in the Shippuuden series!

Then there is the fact that shes weak. But she became a lot stronger because Tsunade took her in. Tsunade gave her the most hardest and intense training there ever was. Sakura in the end gained inner human strength and learned medical ninjutsus, by the time shes like 20 she'll probably surpass Tsunade herself!

Finally people don't like Sakura just because she has a huge forehead, is ugly, has pink hair, etc. Well excuse me, but to most of us her huge forehead just goes to show how smart she is! And besides she pretty much grew into it. Also I like the fact that she has pretty pink hair! She's one of those anime people that can actually pull it off!

Sakura is on of the most developed characters after the timeskip.

Before, we all know she, was in fact a bitch. All Saura-lovers must realze that it was inevitable that we discover this. Even so, she did have her good points in the Part 1. She had much better chakra-control than anyone, and she was almost as smart as Shikamaru. It's said she has a strong point in genjutsu, but I still haven't seen anything that proves it.

Sakura, the late bloomer (as called by Ino), is only known for Inner Sakura and her hair. Her forehead also, but that's not really touched upon.

Now, in Part 2, Sakura is truly the most developed character. From annoying Sasuke-fangirl (which I do believe hs been purged), to strong, almost Amazon-like medic-nin. Tsunade's teachings taught her a lot, and helped her character greatly. She's much more useful, and she's not as 'dead-weight'. Although, looking at it now, f you consider her with the rst of Team 7, she hasn't improved so much. True, she is stronger, but compared to Sasuke(dumbass) and Naruto, it's just like in Part 1.

Even so, her character is beautiful and one of the more realistic. She represents the reality in the Naruverse, something many animes like to forget. Sakura shows that everyone can grow, no matter who they are, or what they look like.

Now, Sakura-haters no longer have a reason to bitch. Sakura is STRONGER, and the Part 1 Sakura is NO MORE. She disappeared into the Part 2 Sakura. Most likely, they only hate her since she was annoying (In the words of the teme) and weak. (This I have to admit. You can't say it's false, since even Sakura-lovers agree)

Even so, I love her character.

Better yet, since her past is barely touched upon (a pity), it's easy to rewrite her for fanfiction!

I hope more people turn to Pro-Sakura!

I think she's the character that showed the most emotional and physical growth and I can totally relate to her. Originally, I just liked the pairing, SasuSaku, but I looked into her character more and I immediately felt a certain sort of empathy for her. She was the most human and she gained a lot during the timeskip. She's given me hope that somday I will be better at sports and I will become a better artist - if I try. Like she did.

I have also battled against a sakura-hater (ering-chan) and I heard the convo was well known on the internet. If you've read my convo with her, I think you would get my complete passion about her character.

I know this is starting to make me sound... er... fruity, as they call it? But no. I'm not.

But Sakura certainly is (and will, for many many years) my favorite character of all time.

If only Sasuke saw her in my POV - well, except with male hormones.

I like Sakura because she's strong and determined. I only hope she gets stronger. I like her character in the show and at times I find myself acting like her especially when it comes to boys. She has grown a lot and seems the most normal of the characters sorta. That is why I like Sakura.

The first episode I ever watched of Naruto, was 109. The imfamous episode where Sasuke left Sakura laying on a bench. That truly started my pity and understanding for Sakura. A couple years later, I found Naruto again, and watched it from beginning to end.

True, in the first, say, fourty episodes Sakura was a bit of a biotich, but once Sakura cut her hair in the chuunin exams, she gained my full respect. I mean, c'mon! She did that to protect her team mates and although she got beat up in the process, she did it anyways.

Sakura's devotion to Sasuke is inspiring. She has been critized and knocked out; sneered and scowled at; yet through it all, she still holds hope. How many of you can say that? I know that I couldn't, so please don't take that the wrong way! *Sweat drops*

Now, to the shippuuden episodes. Sakura is freaking strong! You haters STILL say she's weak? Oi! She has the potential to pass the hokage and legendary sannine, Tsunade her self!

Lastly (and this is probably one of my biggest rants), Sakura is not a whore! It's not her fault that we pair her up with a whole bunch of guys! It IS her fault that she looks so good with so many, though... heh heh! Anyways, back to the point; she has only ever had a crush on Sasuke. Please don't hate her for that!

If you still hate her after reading all these points made, not just by me, but by all thse fans, then at least don't bash her, ne?

I think Sakura is the best kunoichi in the show. Why? Because she is very smart, determined, not willing to give up, and in Naruto Shippuuden, she is just amazing! She's incredibly tough. Sakura has always been my favorite kunoichi. I love her hair and eyes. Pink is my favorite color, and I always love green for eyes in an anime character. She likes Sasuke, and I do too.

She is just so cool, her medical ninjustsu is just awesome and her taijutsu as well. I think she is one of the toughest girls in the show, if she isn't already. When battling against Ino in the chuunin exam, she was so determined and would do anything to not lose against her. It wasn't to show off, she really wanted to improve herself. And she did, even though she did not win the match.

I love Sakura so much! We have a bunch of things in common, and we were even born on the same month. It really pisses me off when people say they hate her and stuff like that. I have argued with people about that, I defended her. Even though she's just an anime character, to me, she's the role model of all girls!

1. She's got, no getting around it.
2. She kicks ass. Ranked 2nd on the girls who kick butt list. Right behind Samus but in front of Lara Croft.
3. Our personalities are in ways similar. She has anger issues, I have anger issues.
4. I'm also somewhat scared of her.
5. She starts out just crazy about Sasuke but ends up getting over it and realizing that she can't just keep going nuts over one guy when the fate of her entire team is at stake. She gets set with tons of emotional trauma, yet faces it (mostly) with dignity and courage and finds a way to improve because she went through the ordeal.
6. Did I mention she's hot? REALLY REALLY HOT?
7. I think she gets paired with the wrong people all the time. Let's look at the facts. Sakura's been paired with EVERYONE! Just do a quick search on google, no doubt you'll find everything. Even a SakuTsunade. No joke.
8. ALL THE GUYS IN NARUTO SUCK!

I love and respect Sakura simply because she's the most realistic caracter of the serie. Every caracter has something unusual that make him strong no matter what. Naruto and the kyubi. Sasuke is a Uchiha ect...We have no idea what Sakura's childhood was, so we can't pity her for that like we always do when we watch the other caracters flashbacks. She has no special abilities. She has skills, like everyone. Inteligence. She is strong from the start because, no matter what, she tried to protect her friends, even though she knew she was going to get hurt. SHE TRIED. All the other caracters know what they can do. Sakura had to push her limits. Who did that? No one. Just her.

Everyone was annoyed by Sakura at the start. She had to gain everyone's trust.

She's a real fighter and I respect and love her for that.
